Orange Broadband users

We’ve just spoken with Orange and they have confirmed that Orange customers are having intermittent problems with accessing website. Customers are getting an occasional ‘This page cannot be displayed’ error message. They are trying to resolve it but stated that they ‘have no specific time frame in which it will be resolved.’

Enquiry form – from address

When you receive enquiries from your site, from the enquiry forms, they will currently come from our server (it’s called cbil!) So don’t be alarmed if you get enquiries from nick@cbil.

Remember to reply to your enquiry forms by copying the email address of the sender from rather than clicking on the reply. Otherwise you’ll be sending it back to Cbil (who we’ve nicknamed Sybil.)

We’re working to get them back to our usual email identifier but it may take some time.

19th November – SitesPlus glitches update

Thanks for the reports, please keep them coming in.

The news, events and promotions are now showing on the right hand side of Crisp Classic.

 

Curves and verticals are now showing their home page images properly now too.

 

 

10:30 Thurs 19 Nov …..gradually getting back to normal!

SWChambersOnline: most sites are now online and the remaining few should be so by the end of the day.  The site builder is working again too, so sites can be updated.

Wed am ………SWCO sites coming back online

SWChambersOnline:  Good news!  We are rapidly bringing all SWCO sites back online and, at present, there seem to be no obvious problems. 

We are still checking the site builder functionality so would ask you to delay making any updates until you receive the all-clear. 

Thank you, once again, for your patience and for your many kind words of support.   They have kept us going through this difficult time.

SitesPlus: we will be back to you today with the latest update.

Tuesday am…….continuing to improve

SitesPlus: The good news this morning is that the latest recovery files which came through last night look pretty much in tact.  This has huge implications for getting sites completely back to normal within the next 24 to 48 hours.

If you have already recovered your site and gone on to update it, you may prefer not to restore your site to how it was before the outage.  Please let us know straightaway if this is the case.

SWChambersOnline:  We are hoping the news about the latest recovery files (see above) will see SWChambersOnline sites restored much more quickly too.

Update 8pm Monday

The data recovery has finally been completed. We’ll receive the data in the morning, but on first look, it’s positive.

3:15pm YourClubSite – sites gradually coming back online

We are working through the individual YourClubSite sites and around 50% are already back online.  We are sending individual emails to let you know when your site is live again.  It is likely to run into tomorrow before all sites are back online so we continue to ask for your patience.  We’re working as quickly as we can.

SWChambersOnline – we have drafted in a temporary staff to restore  SWCO  sites as quickly as possible and hope to have good news soon.

4:45pm Sunday……. SitesPlus – images being restored

SitesPlus: the good news is that images are now gradually being restored on SitesPlus sites.  The news and events snags you reported have also been dealt with.    Please, however, continue to report any other glitches you encounter. 

We are now making rapid progress and will send out a more detailed update tomorrow morning.  If your site has yet to be restored, we will be contacting you directly to suggest a way forward.
